1. Service Description
WuZhiZuo (hereinafter “we”) is an AI-powered multimodal content processing platform providing audio transcription, video processing, PDF processing, article writing, image processing, smart whiteboard, RAG knowledge base, and more. Services are available through both desktop and web applications.
2. Account Registration & Usage
You need to register an account before using our services. You should provide accurate information during registration and safeguard your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately if you become aware of any security risks.
3. User Content & Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights for content you upload or create (including but not limited to audio, video, documents, text, etc.) belong to you. We will not use your content for purposes beyond AI processing tasks without your consent.
Rights to AI-generated content (such as transcripts, summaries, translations, articles, etc.) are handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We recommend you verify and adjust key AI-generated content.
4. Paid Services & Refunds
This Platform offers both free and paid services. Paid service pricing is as displayed on the platform pricing page. Paid services take effect immediately upon successful payment. If service unavailability is caused by us, you are entitled to request a refund.
5. Usage Guidelines
When using this Platform, you must not:
1. Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content;
2. Use this Platform for activities that violate laws and regulations;
3. Attempt to bypass system security measures or access restrictions;
4. Perform bulk automated scraping or abuse platform resources;
5. Use AI to generate false information or for fraudulent purposes.
6. Service Interruption & Disclaimer
We may temporarily interrupt service due to system maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure. We are not responsible for service interruptions or data loss caused by:
1. Force majeure (natural disasters, policy changes, etc.);
2. Your operational errors or device failures;
3. Third-party service failures (such as cloud providers).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Platform is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, etc. arising from use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the service fees you actually paid in the 12 months preceding the incident.
8. Service Termination
You may request account cancellation at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service if you violate these terms. After termination, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe (except where retention is required by law).
9. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms should be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court at the location of the Platform operator.
